This program is designed to be time-efficient utilizing compound exercises, supersets, and drop sets to maximize muscle growth through progressive overload. Each workout follows a structured format with a warm-up, strength training, cardio, and cool-down phases to ensure proper recovery and optimize gains. The program's primary tools will be cables, machines, and dumbbells. Exercises will be paired according to scientific-based principles of exercise selection and muscle activation. This program is SELF GUIDED. You will use a program called Quickcoach and your email to receive the plan. These workouts include video examples of each exercise.
